Moving & Storage Services in Charleston, SC
When your belongings cannot move with you right away, R&S Movers provides secure storage in Charleston for the time between homes, temporary assignments, deployments, and other transitions. Our moving and storage team can handle the process from pickup through storage and delivery.
Unlike a typical self-storage unit, our facility is staffed and maintained by our own trained team. We load and unload your belongings with care, while our storage manager supervises the process to help keep everything organized and protected.
Careful Storage for Furniture and Household Belongings
We take practical steps to protect items while they are in our care. Boxes are packed neatly and securely, sofas are shrink-wrapped, and furniture is kept off the floor. Our facility is under surveillance for added security.
R&S Movers can also coordinate the moving side of the job, so you do not have to arrange separate transportation to and from storage. Our crew can load your belongings, place them into storage, and deliver them when you are ready.
Storage Options for Different Timelines
Whether you need storage during a move, while traveling or working out of town, during an active-duty assignment, or for a longer period, R&S Movers offers short-term and long-term storage options for Charleston-area customers. The company also identifies its facility as a military-approved storage option for service members preparing for overseas active duty.
Our storage solutions can accommodate anything from a few boxes to a household of furniture. Climate and humidity control help protect belongings from moisture, mold, rust, and deterioration while they remain in storage.
Storage is also available for business needs, including surplus inventory, seasonal items, promotional materials, and other belongings that need a secure place until they are needed again.
Your belongings stay protected from pickup through storage and delivery
Because R&S Movers provides both moving and storage services, our team can manage the handling of your belongings throughout the process. That means fewer handoffs and one team responsible for loading, storage, and final delivery.
